We hope you love your new sleep system from night one! But if you don't, no worries. You aren't alone. Most people experience an adjustment period to a new mattress. For this reason, we ask that you give it a full 30 nights. Most people end up thinking it's the best thing since sliced bread! But if you've tried your best to fall in love and, after 30 nights, it's just not a match made in heaven, read on...
After 30 nights and up to 101 nights, we're happy to assist you to initiate the return process. Simply contact us at dream@aptbeds.com or hit us up on Chat. We'll chat about the best solution for your needs (need it firmer? softer?) and initiate an exchange or refund.
Unopened and unused accessories may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. You are responsible for return shipping.
But what about the pillow, you ask? How would I know if I like it without opening and trying it? We've got you. If you try your pillow and decide it's not the one for you, contact us via email (dream@aptbeds.com) or chat for a return authorization.
We hate fine print too, but we have to cover a couple things so we're all on the same page.
